Shipping & Delivery

1) Order processing time
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
For certain handmade or special items, processing may take longer. If an item requires additional time, we will inform you by email.

2) Shipping origin & destinations
All orders are dispatched from Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.
We ship internationally to most countries/regions. Availability depends on carrier service coverage and local import restrictions.
If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you and offer a cancellation and full refund.

3) Shipping methods & tracking
We use tracked postal or courier services when available. The carrier may vary by destination.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (and a tracking number if tracking is available for your route).

4) Shipping fees
Shipping fees (and any free-shipping promotions) are shown at checkout before you pay.
If a free-shipping offer applies, it will be displayed automatically at checkout.

5) Estimated delivery times (after dispatch)
Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance. Typical delivery is:

  • Fastest deliveries: around 7 days (for selected destinations)
  • Most destinations: 7–15 business days
  • Remote areas: 10–25 business days
    These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, peak seasons, or carrier disruptions.

6) Customs duties & import taxes
International orders shipped from China may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your local authorities.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

7) Address accuracy & failed delivery
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing an order.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can reship it at your cost or refund the item price (shipping fees are non-refundable).

8) Delays, lost parcels & delivery issues
If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us and include your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier where applicable.
If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

9) Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and the damaged item
    We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

10) Returns
If you wish to return an item, please follow our Refund / Return Policy. Returns are handled in China (Guangzhou) and require return authorisation before sending anything back.
