Refund / Return Policy

1) Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please contact us and we will help.

2) Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

3) Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging (where applicable)
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number / receipt)

4) Non-returnable items
Unless damaged/defective, we do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or personalized items (if applicable)
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products/downloads (if applicable)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page (if applicable)

5) How to start a return (Return Authorisation required)
Before sending anything back, please email us with the subject line:
“Return Request – Order [Your Order Number]”

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you want to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (required for damaged/defective claims)

We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
Important: Returns are processed in China (Guangzhou). Return authorisation is required.
Returns sent without authorisation may be refused.

6) Return shipping costs & customs

  • If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item sent) or the item is defective/damaged, we will work with you on the best solution (replacement, refund, and/or return shipping support where appropriate).

For international returns, please follow our instructions regarding packaging and any customs declaration requirements. Any costs caused by an unauthorised return shipment (including customs charges) may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) returns.

7) Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.
Please note: your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping fees, import duties and taxes are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the issue was caused by our error.

8) Exchanges
We generally do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind returns. If you want a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
For defective/damaged items, we may offer a replacement depending on stock availability.

9) Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • If the order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.
  • If the order has already been dispatched, please follow the return process after delivery (if eligible).
