1) Are your products handmade?
Yes. Our products are handmade/hand-painted. As handmade items, small variations may occur and are part of the uniqueness of each piece.
2) Where do you ship from?
We ship internationally. Shipping origin and carrier depend on the item and destination. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page.
3) How long does delivery take?
Delivery time varies by destination and customs. Typical delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch (fastest deliveries can be around 7 days for selected destinations).
4) Do you provide tracking?
Where available, we provide tracking after dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation email.
5) Will I need to pay customs fees?
International orders may be subject to import duties/taxes. These are charged by your local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.
6) Can I change my address after placing an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched, we can update the address.
